- Full Buyout Cancellation Policy Deposit & Confirmation A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total is required to secure a full buyout. The deposit is applied toward the final bill. Cancellation Terms 30+ days prior to event: Deposit is forfeited or converted to a credit at management’s discretion. 14–29 days prior to event: 50% of the estimated total is due (deposit retained). 7–13 days prior to event: 75% of the estimated total is due. Less than 7 days prior / No-show: 100% of the estimated total is due. Estimated Total Includes Food & beverage minimum Venue/buyout fee Service charges, staffing, rentals, and applicable taxes Guest Count & Menu Final guaranteed guest count and menu selections are due 7 days prior. Charges are based on the guaranteed minimum, regardless of attendance. Rescheduling One reschedule may be permitted with at least 14 days’ notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability. Rescheduled events that later cancel are subject to the original event date’s cancellation terms. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s control (including government mandates or severe weather), the event may be rescheduled or credited at management’s discretion. Payment Terms Remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event. Any overages incurred during the event are due immediately following.
